Commenting on the launch of Oxford University’s new £1.5bn fundraising drive.

Shadow Secretary of State for Innovation, Universities and Skills David Willetts, said:

“We welcome this bold initiative. The extra funding is to go on broadening access, investing in teaching and improving the facilities.

“These are excellent priorities and we wish the campaign well.”
