Press Release: We want more real apprenticeships
Commenting on the draft Apprenticeships Bill published today, Shadow Innovation, Universities and Skills Secretary, David Willetts said:
“We want more apprenticeships but this isn’t the way to do it. What Labour used to dismiss as youth training schemes, they are now calling apprenticeships. We want to cut the bureaucratic burdens on employers so they can create more real apprenticeships, not the fake ones promised by this Government.”
